I am originally from South FLA. I am living in St.Joseph missouri, unfortunately. But,in my Defence, theres very good reason for this. I own a duplex here,and I was going to sell it,except the fact that I would have to pay a ridiculous amount of tax for capital gains on it, unless I lived in it for at least two years.So I just changed companies because of this. So I am a realestate agent at Evans Realty now, rather than one in K.C. So... for anyone looking to sell, buy, or just invest, holla at me.Thats all for now so quit reading this........
