I really never know what to write on these things. The online world is somewhat foreign to me, since I think that technology has done very little to advance the spirituality of the human race. I'm by no means a religious fanatic, but believe in cultivating the spirit and finding peace within oneself since there is so little of it in the world. I'm not much into superficiality and prefer to invest myself in topics of a deeper, more meaningful nature. I like to eat healthy food and take care of myself in ways that enhance my overall well-being. I do like to go out and have fun, and I subscribe to the 'everything in moderation' philosophy... excess creates imbalance. According to my friends and family, I tend to give too much health advice/information, whether you want it or not. Apparently, that can be somewhat annoying, but information is power... and with it comes choice. And in reality, we create our lives by the choices we make. ;)
