He has over ten years experience navigating the terrain of mind, body and spirit fitness training. Currently he is heading the successful BALTAZAR FITNESS program,which emphasizes optimal strength training and cardio performance through breath awareness meditation.Dorman not only believes in his teachings, he is a living testament to the healing powers of mind, body and spirit fitness. He has competed in both mountain and road bike racing, half-marathon trail races and is an avid outdoorsman. When Dorman is not in the studio, he is likely found bouldering in the mountains, hiking, trail running, cycling or surfing. To keep a healthy lifestyle balance, in quieter moments he enjoys meditation, cooking, photography, acting, poetry performance and writing.Dorman Baltazar has been writing poetry and short stories for as long as he can remember. The embrace of nature upon the sandy beaches of Stann Creek, Belize was his first teacher and continues to inspire his poetry and life.
