Zer1

Born in C..te-Des-Neiges, Mtl, from a Canadian mother and a Cameroonian father, Zer1 ( born Eric Bofa Nfon) lived in different places in C-D-N before finally settling in LaSalle at age 7. He quicly discovered a love for the Hip-Hop culture, and started drawing, sketching and doing graffitis. Thats where he found the name Zer1. Writing short poems from time to time, he later started writing short songs and rapping, but wasnt really serious about it until he met his friend CliC at age 17. He then decided to involve himself more seriously in this rap thing, writing more serious texts and studying the flows and beats of famous rappers. Hanging out with his friends Robin2Rue and QB, known for their freestyling skills, motivated him to get better. Now recording as often as his busy schedules lets him, at Silence Audible, he's in the process of finishing his first mixtape, The First Draft Pick. The release is scheduled for early february.
