They say there is a fine line between genius and insanity. I think it's because extremely intelligent people get bored very easily. The most intelligent people in history have all been very eccentric and even downright strange individuals. I would rather be intelligent with odd quirks than stupid and like everyone else!
A man told his grandson: "A terrible fight is going on inside me -- a fight between two wolves. One is evil, and represents hate, anger, arrogance, intolerance, and superiority . The other is good, and represents joy, peace, love, tolerance, understanding, humility, kindness, empathy, generosity, and compassion. This same fight is going on inside you, inside every other person too."The grandson then asked: "Which wolf will win?" The old man replied simply: "The one you feed."
Listen to your critics and learn what you can from them. But don't let them dissuade you from what you know is best. A bright and shining vision has value only when you have the courage to follow it. When you know that it is the thing to do, then step up and do it. Pay attention to what others have to say, without becoming a slave to their opinions of you. Consider differing and diverse perspectives, while keeping the substance of your most deeply held values intact. Much of the effort of achievement is in keeping yourself focused. Choose to intentionally make that effort, to maintain that focus, and all the rest will more readily fall into place. Though the world may seem to be against you at times, keep in mind that you are working to make that world a better place. Start to show some progress, and others will soon be buying into your vision. Remember who you are, where you've come from, and the real value of what you have to offer. Then step forward, with renewed courage and commitment, and make it real.
Life's most difficult moments teach us that we're stronger than we know. It always pays to remember that. When the worst happens, is when we have the opportunity to be our best. When the challenges seem unbearable and hope is a distant memory, a new and stronger hope is already taking root. Though events can terribly injure us and pull us a long way down, nothing can rob us of the ability and desire to connect with life's goodness. And so that goodness always, in its own way, prevails, despite the unimaginable odds against it. For that goodness lives in our hearts, where we can always keep it alive. And because we know how it feels so completely right, that is what we do. In the everyday moments, goodness lives. In the most joyful times and during the darkest days, it becomes more deeply entrenched and more personally meaningful. We pause to remember all that has gone before, and look ahead to the many possibilities that are now springing to life. Through it all, underneath it all, we carry an abiding goodness that we cannot be without.
I try to speak with pictures and art. What is one of the first things you ask someone when your trying to get to know them. What kind of music do you listen to? What do you do for a living? I hope you can get a understanding of who i am with this page that i spent alot of time on. maybe to much time. We all know that life is to short. People change with the times. We make and lose friends. A good man once told me if you make it threw this life and are able to count your true friends on one hand, Then you did good. I hope that i'm on many people's hands. I hope i touch many people lifes. I'm not rich, not yet aleast. Does that really matter? Find your goals. Help others find theirs. Reach out to people. Shit! You might learn something. or even save a life. If you don't stand for something. You will fall for everything. No matter how weak you are never give up. Always fight for what you beleave in. Never stop dreaming. Always ask questions. If you have a gift use it. Always speak your mind. Don't work hard, Work smart. Never regret anything you do. Stay on your toes you never know when you will lose that comfort zone. Love is a battlefeild Never hold anyone down. I'm sure you all know this.
