Baltimore, MD.- Remember when artists made music that touched your soul? CR DaShow of Above Ground Records is that artist from Baltimore! He grabs your heart with sultry ballads and makes you move your body with hypnotic beats and original melodies on his self titled album, CR DaShow. After making his debut March 2006 on 92.3, a radio one station, his first single "Know you better" is now ranked the number 5 played song of any genre in Baltimore. During the summer of 2006 CR Da Show is touring with 92.3's Big Fat Belief Tour alongside Young Leek of Def Jam records and D.O.G of Russell Simmons Music Group.
Cr DaShow was born in D.C and raised in Baltimore by two musical parents, mother is a songstress and father is a pianist and vocalist. With music flowing throw his veins CR was destined for stardom. At the age of 11 Cr expressed his passion for rhythm through Djing at house parties, for local dance crews and parties at Baltimore staples, such as Volcanoes. A rap career inspired CR to explore his vocal abilities and with a love for melodies and a passion for the arts has created the CR today. CR uses his R&B and soul roots, Hip Hop background, love of producing and engineering has developed a fun style of music, adding new ingredients to an old favorite recipe.
