Computer games - I own a SNES, a Mega Drive, an N64 and a PlayStation. Not a massive fan of newer games if I'm honest although Halo 2 on the Xbox 360 is awesome; don't mind a bit of GTA, even if it's just to run round shagging prossies; Marvel Vs. Capcom on the PS1 (Juggernaut and Zangief! All killer no filler!), and Super Monkey Ball is mental but cool. However, old-school computer games are my first and true love - MARIO KART, I love it, I play with Donkey Kong and I love it on every format; Street Fighter II - E. Honda is my character of choice and I don't care if you think it's cheating to get your opponent in the corner and hundred-hand-slap them to death; Sonic is wicked - that moment when you defeat Robotnik for the first time, I remember it well - aged 11 - a defining moment in my childhood - although why they should have a level that exists called Death Egg in S2 is truly beyond me; Bonanza Brothers; Streets of Rage; Golden Axe; Shinobi; Quack Attack; Alex Kidd - and did anyone else own Last Battle for the Mega Drive or was it genuinely just me? It was shit, mind. Really LOVE skiing, not half bad at it either.
I like, no, LURVE to eat Fajitas. Only Old El Paso ones mind. Serve me the wrong ones or diss the 'Paso and risk a humiliating death. Think on. I have written a song about it, to the tune of Lemar's Dance With You:
The Fajita song
Spice spice spice
Spice spice spice
Makes me feel so nice
When I saw them there I knew
That they were something out of a recipe book
And I told myself
That I had to start to cook
I imagined eating one or two
But the whole pack will do
Cutting it nice and fine to make the batch taste good this time
The ooh the aah the ooh
The sounds of cries of glee
Eating these spicy treats is all I wanna do yeah
Spice spice spice
Spice spice spice
Makes me feel so nice
I just want to cut it up
I just want to cook it up
I just want to add the spice and watch the filling soak it up
I don't care and I don't mind
I could spend a whole life time
Eating these fajitas as they are so good and so sublime
The only thing inside is veg and meat
No goo to stop them tasting sweet
So let's not take too long I want to gulp and chew, all night, with fooooood....
Donkey Kong.
Failing that....
Ronan Keating so I could pretend I didn't know who he was and go 'I know you! You're in Take That. Oh no sorry, East 17'. I hate him.
Duncan James so I could say 'I've already got an issue, thanks'. He thinks he's GOD'S GIFT to women, but since I'm pretty sure gifts are supposed to be something that you like and want rather than wish to destroy, he's wrong.
Brendan Cole to ask 'You from Australia Brandon?'. He's a fucking gyppy psycho! He's asking for a taste of his own bitter medicine.
My friend Rach to video all of these things of course so we can stick them on YouTube. And I would quite like to meet Pink. According to quite a few people, when they see her they think of me and I have no idea if this is a compliment or not. Hmmm.
I love The Who, It was the first band I ever really liked. After that I think I liked Tiffany so it all went downhill from there I suppose.
The Goonies, Back to the Future Trilogy, Hellboy, LOTR, Star Wars - I prefer the old ones but I did like Revenge of the Sith, Ghost World, Big Trouble in Little China, Hackers, War Games, Harry Potter.....I LOVE HORROR FILMS. Love them. I don't care if they're essentially all the same, the story's rubbish or the acting is crappy, I WILL WATCH THEM, I love everything from the original and best Evil Dead Trilogy, through Halloween, Nightmare on Elm Street and Friday 13th, to House of Wax and Black Christmas. I would give Jigsaw a bit of a miss though. Fancy smoking some 'erbs anyone?
Got to love Neighbours. Brilliant television. Love Big Brother and pretty much any reality show I can get my hands on, even The Games although I realise that is sinking pretty low. Thundercats is the best! One day I will realise my dream of dressing up as Cheetara...always good to have a life goal, Transformers (the film better be good), Knightmare, Spongebob, Dexter's Laboratory, Pole Position, Cities of Gold, You've Been Framed (I wish I was kidding here...but I ain't)...anything with Richard Armitage in...love Only Fools and Horses, Delboy reminds me of my dad, it makes me laugh out loud, The Office, Extras (at times), Early Doors, starting to get sucked into Doctor Who at the moment...
Anything by Bill Bryson, any horror or crime thriller books, loving a bit of comic book action - Ghost World is neat and I'm just starting Black Book...
Tony Hart, Tony Hadley (I'd sleep with him if I had the chance and I'd go back for more), my parents (I know I KNOW), my little bro, anyone who can pull a cool pose in a ride photo....
