I am here for Friends

About Me

I try to be a very open, honest person. I'm not the kind of girl that cares how much money you make or what kind of car you drive. I choose my friends based on personality, kindness, generosity and a host of other "human" qualities. Material things mean nothing to me. I try to be a good and true friend, and will give all I have for a friend. I've been very blessed to have so many good friends in my life.I was raised in the country and I love nature. My childhood was very sheltered and I'm still a bit naive, but I'm OK with that. I am from New Mexico originally, but have lived in a few different places. I was in Alaska for 2 1/2 years, but couldn't stand those 8 month long, dark, cold winters. I moved back to New Mexico for some education. My father is a 3rd generation silversmith, and I am learning the family trade from him. I love nature so much. I can live in a city for awhile but little by little I start getting the itch to go outside. When I start to feel crowded or stressed out all I have to do is get in the car and go camping. Something about building a fire makes me feel so safe and happy...

A-ROD!!!!

I am disgusted with Alex Rodriguez!!!! For all those that don't know who I'm talking about, he is a good, albeit greedy baseball player. I just read a story about him that makes me want to kick h...

What Happened?

On Thursday night the Heater in my little cozy RV died. I woke my parents up and borrowed one of those electric heaters. I woke up and found that my pipes and sewer had frozen. I left for work but not...

Home!!!!

There isn't anything like it. Home. I might travel forever, but this will always be my home. It felt so good to come back and see the familiar bluffs, sand, mesas and faces that make me feel like I'm ...

Ink!

I designed a tattoo over 6 years ago. I wasn't sure if I would ever actually take the last steps. What if I hated it after just a year or two? What if I got skinny / fat and the skin&nb...

Frustration

It fills my nights. It is always lurking. The daylight doesn't scare it away. Frustration. Overwhelming me to make bad choices. (Or at least to consider bad choices.) Even in my dreams, it is there wa...
