BAH. HUMBUG.I am on the road to being an elementary school teacher, but it seems like it will be forever until I am finished. So I keep trudging along, slowly but surely. Nearly every day, I am more convinced that teaching is the job I was intended for. So that is reassuring.Lately I try to live by the motto "sit back, relax, and trust God," but it has been difficult. I have got to remind myself to live in the moment; make the most of every situation. I came across this Bible verse that I appreciate: "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7.
