Of all of the guys that think they will have no problems preforming on camera, about 70% of them are wrong. To keep it up while you have between 5 and 15 people staring at you, you are starting and stopping, it is cold (I don't know why, but sets are almost always cold), is a challenge. If you really want to break into the industry, find a woman that wants to do so as well, and get her to say that she will only work with you. That is the best way to get directors to try you out. Eventually, if she wants to make it big, she will have to work with others, but if you prove yourself on camera you should then be able to get work without her.
