Me and My Life:
My name is Tasha.
I'm a 2008 Graduate of Stryker High School.
I am a current student at Northwest State Community college. I am majoring in Human Services/Social Work.
I'm 18 and a twin.
I worked at the Williams County Humane Society for nearly two years; I volunteered even longer. I no longer work or volunteer there for many reasons. I now work at the Fountain City Veterinary Hospital in Bryan in the kennels taking care of the animals on the weekends.
One word to describe me is boring. Another word to describe me is dreamer. The best word to describe me is passionate.
I'm a bit of an introvert and keep inside of my head a lot of the time. I'm quiet and laid-back.
I'm one of those weird dog lovers. :)
I live with 8 dogs and several kitties: 5 Cocker Spaniels, an English Pointer, English Setter, an English Springer Spaniel, and three cats, Benji, Buttons, and Kira. The Setter, Springer, two Cockers and the kitties are mine.
I train dogs. Training dogs has been a big part of my life for the past 10 years. I train the four dogs I own along with several I don't own. They are another Springer, a Sheltie, a Border Collie, and a Terrier mix.

My beliefs:
Lacto-vegetarian. I'm a very strong advocate for vegetarianism. I have made my decision to eat with compassion. ..I am an animal lover, and I despise animal abuse. Unfortunately, thats what the meat industry has become--a huge mass production of animal abuse. Take a look: www.veganoutreach.org.
Other reasons I'm veg is for my health, my environment, and my compassion for others.
I also proudly practice abstinence. I do not have sex, drink, do drugs, smoke, and other negative behaviors.
"Spiritual agnostic". It basically means I believe in a higher power, I just do not feel the need to be part of any organized religion. I'm a person that knows that there is something greater out there than me, but just does not claim that any religion is the right religion.
