Noumenon

Noumenon is no more.
After a while of uncertainty about the future of the band, the decision has been made to put Noumenon to rest. The collective energy of the band has slowly dissipated, and Jon recently decided to move back to Texas. This coupled with a desire to move in a more extreme direction musically made it clear that this simply would not be Noumenon anymore, and trying to call it that wouldn't make much sense. On the lighter side of things this is not some drama packed breakup the way we look at it and some of us will resurface in a new band, the details of which will be announced later. All we can say is it should be quite brutal as well as entirely different musically. On what is presumably the behalf of all of us we'd like to say thanks to the former members, everyone who came out to the shows or helped in any way, to Belligerent, Merzah, Coffin Syrup, Mare Of Steel, Tripping The Mechanism, Syraphem, Path Of Reprisal, Primo Noctis, Anal Blast and all the other bands we've had a great time with. Don't bother celebrating though, we're not exactly going away, just mutating into different forms.
