My name is Rebekah TeBordo-Hogan. I am 29- I have been married for 5 years to my wonderful husband- Hogan! He is proudly serving our country in the United States Navy, which means we move a LOT, but I try and look at the positive, and hope my kids will be well rounded for having this experience! I have an 11 year old step-daughter, and we have added a beautiful and extremely intelligent, funny, and bossy little almost 3 year old daughter named Caleigh, who thinks she is 16. I know everyone thinks their child is special, but if you met her, you would understand completely- within weeks of turning 2, she is fully potty trained, knows all her letters and numbers, can write her name, and is starting to read a few words- and yes, I love bragging about her! Sorry, I can't help it! My son, Benji, is 1, and the little turtle man is getting more and more handsome every day! I was nervous about being able to love another child as much as my first, but it isn't an issue- my children are my entire world, and anyone who has ever had a child HAS to know there is a God- because it is beyond a miracle. Every time my daughter says I love you, or Benji giggles his big hockey-puck grin (he knocked out a front tooth within 2 weeks of getting it by falling downthe stairs at grandpas!!), my heart melts and my eyes well up with tears. We have been living outside of Memphis for 2 1/2 years, and are FORTUNATE to be getting OUT!!! In October, after our dream trip with my best friend and grandpa and grandma Bert and lots more to DISNEYWORLD (!!!) the kids and I will be living in NY, back with my awesome family while Hogan goes to school- and then it's off to Virginia for awhile! This has been a tough and trying time- we thought it wold be great living here, but it has been a very stressful time... however, it has only brought us closer and strengthened our marriage. I am so blessed to have an amazing husband and kids, and can't wait to be back with family- children ought to be around grandparents and all their aunts and uncles, which is why this Navy life is so hard- but I am proud to be a Navy wife!
