Mckenzie Valdez Phillips (MVP) isn’t your standard dj. Brimming with talent from a young age, his first gig was hosting his own radio show at the age of 15 in Lagrange, Ga on WMXY 720 the mix. While most kids his age were listening to the like of Biggie and Busta Rhymes, mvp enjoys old school favorites, like Michael Jackson, War,The Temptations and his favorite Sade. “I like feel good music, ” MVP says. “I want to pass along that feeling.” His countless djing gigs show it. As a resident, Atlanta dj, MVP has djayed at numerous hot spots, including the ultra-hip Opera, Club Fever, Bed and the world famous CLUB 112, where he held a three year residency. MVP has also toured across the US and Canada, keeping the crowds pumped in places like Toronto, New York and Chicago, to list a few. From Progressive,Electro and House, MVP keeps the energy flowing. His ability to keep the crowd feeling good is what keeps his buzz high above a murmur.....
