About Me

Continuum Flux explores machine and flesh dynamics. Each machine will leave it's mark on anything put through it, be it data, or flesh.. Social, political, mechanical, electronic and information machines all have distinct patterns of entropy.
"Fighting with machines or at least keeping them running smoothly has become the central point of my work. There is always a tension I feel around them. The music comes from that tension."
Besides his own recordings and live performances, he also works as a sound designer and composer for theatre.
He is currently working with Cyn Surreal in the group "drift frozen", a project that is created entirely over the internet as Cyn lives in Florida, USA and Flux lives in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
He has worked with the New Jacobin Club out of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan as keyboardist on the NJC Album "The New Jacobin Club".
He also appears on the Steve Heimbecker album "Grain" as a guest pianist for "96 Miles Between" .
He is currently working with the Angry Teeth Sideshow in Saskatoon, SK.

Influences: city streets, sound from a mile away in 40 below, the rumble of a thousand voices, the pump of machines and the blur of everyones personal soundtrack seeping from their headphones. As of late, I have been experimenting with Hauntings using technology, Magick and smoke and mirrors.
