Experiencing new things - I'll try almost anything once! Great conversation, sparks, traveling the world, playing music, taking photos, falling in love, Organic food, Sushi, thunderstorms, reading a good book, deep thoughts, playing devil's advocate, being a smartass, games of strategery like chess, crossword puzzles, sudoku, bending the rules, living life without boundaries, generally living it up until I die.
The love of my life.

I have a degree in music, so I pretty much like everything except most country and gansta rap. Here's a much too short list of highlights: Christopher O'Riley plays Radiohead; Radiohead; Air; Pink Floyd; Morphine; Portishead; Miles Davis; Coltrane; Coldplay; Stone Temple Pilots; Phish; Dave Matthews; Beck; Damien Rice; Ray LaMontagne; David Gray; Nine Inch Nails; Hendrix; Led Zeppelin; The Doors; Nirvana; Pearl Jam; Smashing Pumpkins; Beastie Boys; Primus; Black Eyed Peas; Van Halen; World Music; The Beatles; Spanish/Latin guitar; Norah Jones; Shawshank Redepmtion soundtrack; The Last Temptation of Christ soundtrack (Peter Gabriel); Classical Guitar; Blues; Jazz that's not too atonal; some Philip Glass; Classical Piano - Chopin, Rachmaninoff, Debussy; some country like Johnny Cash; I could fill pages.
One of the highlights of my life was arranging and performing Chopin for vibraphone. I hope to eventually get some of that on my page.
I've recently been obsessed with Air - Virgin Suicides soundtrack, Moon Safari, and Premiers Symptomes albums; Pink Floyd - Dark Side of the Moon (all-time classic); and Morphine - The Night.
Shawshank Redemption is my all-time favorite movie - the music is amazing and it fits my character. Cinema Paradiso; City of God; High Fidelity; Lost in Translation; Pulp Fiction; Memento; Swingers; The Usual Suspects; Seven; Fight Club; No Country for Old Men; North by Northwest; American Beauty; Sideways; Office Space; Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind; Adaptation; Being John Malkovich; Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon; Requiem for a Dream; Sin City; 2001: A Space Odyssey; Amadeus; The Lives of Others; Oldboy (check it out!); Once (hidden treasure!); V for Vendetta (book is even better); Princess Bride; Liar Liar; Tommy Boy; Lock Stock; I also like a lot of comedies, sci-fi, documentaries, independents, good foreign films (subtitles don't scare me), heists/capers, Spy movies, anything with an intelligent plot, and sappy love stories, I'm a romantic at heart.
The Colbert Report is the funniest show on TV! A very close second is It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
