my car and my woman, i am curently building a new engine for my car,A 383 stroker its a 350 with a 400 crank (higher pisten lift and compression) a easy 500 horsepower engine. well im building one soon, but its a hybrid of my own construction400 smalblocks are unique in a way that they can be bored .60 over instead of maxing out at .40 over like all other small block chevy engines. well im making a 400 small block .60 overbore and having it machined down to 350 dimensions so therefore i have a 350 with a 460 bore. pisten size. then im making a 383 stroker out of that 460 bore engine so itls be like a 466 stroker or a 383/400 smallblock hybrid. easy 650 horses with out my twin turbos, or supercharger depending on wich way i go. at the end 950 horses 1400 with spray (nos) = one bad ass engine, then im going manual shift. lol
