About Me

I am 27 years old and a 4th degree black belt. I have been trained in 8 different styles of Martial Arts for a little over 17 years. I currently instruct full time at my family's dojo as well as train for competition. I won the world title in the NBL circut for Women's Team fighting in 2002.
Here are a few things I live by:
