I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

I'm the author of the novel The Futurist. Used to work in advertising. Trying not to anymore. Presently, I'm well into Novel the Second and just completed a nonfiction book that is part advertising memoir, part consideration of advertising in pop culture circa right now. It's called ADLAND: SEARCHING FOR THE MEANING OF LIFE ON A BRANDED PLANET. My research included visits to dozens of agencies around the US and culminated with a trip to the Cannes International Advertising Festival. ETA for the ad book, from Doubleday, is Summer of2009. My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Readers. Writers. Ad people. People who hate ad people.
