About Me

You could say I am a product of my life experience. My first love was motorcycles. I got my first bike, a Honda 50, for my 6th birthday. I got into music around 4th grade. I played in school bands, rock bands, and drum & bugle corps. At 17, I moved to L.A. from O.C.,CA to be a rock star. I had some interesting "day jobs" while pursuing my music career including driver, motorcycle messenger, sound engineer, security, repo man, bounty hunter. The struggling musician lifestyle took it's toll, and I had to make some changes. I got sober, and became a full time sound engineer. These days I lead a fairly diverse life. I work as a freelance sound engineer (live and Pro Tools). I am a partner in a custom motorcycle shop (Harleys, Indians, American V Twins, customs). My partner runs it and I try to stay out of the way and be helpful when I can.I am also President of the L.A. chapter of Bikers Against Child Abuse (www.bacausa.com). What we do is meet abused kids, invite them into our BACA family, and protect, support, and empower them any way we can. We are a family. We have our ups and downs, but at the end of the day we stand united for our cause.I live my life with integrity. I follow the principles of the 12 steps. I stand up for what I believe in, and I stand up for my friends. BACA members, supporters, families, and especially our kids have my steadfast support, and total dedication. I am very loyal to my friends and allies. Earn my trust and respect, and I'll do anything for you. I am of service to others as much as possible, while still taking care of myself. I would rather have someone dislike me for speaking the truth than like me for telling them lies, or what they want to hear. I believe that fear is only good for one thing, it gives me the opportunity to demonstrate courage. When someone pisses me off, I thank them for the opportunity to practice patience and tolerance. Sometimes that principle fails me. I like Sonny Barger's motto of "Treat me good, I'll treat you better. Treat me bad, I'll treat you worse." Liars, rats, traitors, pedophiles and child molesters beware.
