Contacted the San Jose police department regarding this matter. They told me that even though I still held the title of the car and had no idea where Emily was, I could not report the car stolen since I had sold her the vehicle.

Found out that She was living in Oakland. She had gotten a new cell phone and home phone numbers. I tried to reach her several times by phone unsuccessfully. Eventually both numbers were cut off with no forwarding number provided.
