That's not me anymore.

About Me

I'm in the NAVY and I started out in F/A-18's (VFA-82) then I was a Naval History instructor. I gave lectures to around 2000 to 2600 students a week. I'm on my way to the U.S.S. Harry S. Truman CVN-75. I took up skating again after a 12 year break and it lets me know how old I've gotten, but it's still a good time. I try to go to Mount Trashmore every day (except the weekends.) Other than my family, the NAVY and a skate session the only hobby I have is playing pool. I sometimes miss the old days but Kim and the Kids (Kira and Clay) keep me happy and on my toes.

My Interests

My Family, History, Eight/Nine Ball, Military memorabilia and Skateing. I used to write and fill up sketch pads doodling but I haven't done either in a long time.

I'd like to meet:

Hunter S. Thompson, Chester Nimitz, William S. Borroughs, J.F.K., Johnny Depp, James E. Williams, Thomas Jefferson, Ben Franklin, John Finn, Brad Pitt, Carl Brashear, Admiral Lord Horatio Nelson,

Music:

Rude Street Peters, R.B. Morris, Janes Addiction, Crust, Slint, Big Black, Rape Man, Jesus Lizard, Scratch Acid, Ramones, Butthole Surfers, Patsy Cline, R.L. Burnside, Beastie Boys, Mule, Bad Livers, Ween, The volumes of Songs the Cramps taught us, Dropkick Murphys, Flogging Molly, various classical, Irish folk music and drinking songs, Probably a few more I'll add later.

Carnivale, Deadwood, Rome ( and F*!k HBO in the A%$ for taking my shows off the air), Nip/Tuck, Sponge Bob, Whatever the Kids are watching, Regit, Viva La Bam, Jackass Reruns, Invasion, Surface (F*!k those guys too)

Books:

If it weren't for R.B. Morris reading to his classes I probably wouldn't have a clue as to anything written down. I only read out of necessity. I wish I had time to enjoy it. Now I only read when I'm on the boat or if I have to. I did read a book a few years ago that might be intriguing to anyone interested in the "Old School" scene in the Fort Sanders area. It's an alright piece. The Killer of Love by Brian Conley.

Heroes:

Thomas Jefferson, Ben Franklin, Chester Nimitz, James E. Williams, John Finn, Kim Thompson ( My Wife)
