I am defintely a rock chick.The police,Journey,Audioslave,Weezer,Coldplay,Maxwell,Jill Scott,K-OS,RHCP,George Michael Tori Amos,The Killers,Foo Fighters,2Pac,John Legend,Sade,Alicia Keys,Nirvana are some of my favorites.I really dig Radiohead also. OUTKAST,Beyonce,Erykah Badu, Brandy,Lauren Hill, Mariah Carey,Notorious BIG,Jay-Z,311.Just heard the band Matishyahu and was very impressed by them. I love Ludacris. Damian Marley is also doing his thing as well as Gwen Stefani.

I enjoy movies that make you think and mess with your head. I also like horror movies such as Saw and Hostel. I like movies that scare me and have a plot .
Television:
One of the best shows out now are Chappelle's Show and Law and Order Criminal Intent. .I think Family Guy is genius and I am one of its biggest fans. I seen the Stewie movie and would recommend it.Robot Chicken.CHEATERS,Forensic Files,City Confidential,Scrubs,Jeopardy,Being Bobby Brown,Jackass,American Justice,Power,Priviledge, and Justice.
If you haven't seen the Boondocks yet you should watch it.
Books:
Lady Chatterley's Lover,Between Lovers,Madame Bovary,Chasing Destiny,Men Cry in the Dark,I am currently reading Go tell It On the Mountain by James Baldwin. As I mentioned before the Autobiography of Malcolm X is an excellent book.I do like Jackie Collins books because they are based on real people.Rilke's Letters to a Young Poet is also an inspiring book.He mentioned that one needs solitude in order to reflect on life . I agree with that conviction.
Heroes:
One of my heroes is Malcom X. After reading his biography I seen the world differently. People can and do change with the right motivations. A real man who can admit his mistakes. My sister is the the other. As well as being my best friend she is the strongest woman I know.
