2. A band started by Rusty and Nick (guitars) a few years ago from nothing. Rusty played guitar for Redshift (myspace.com/Redshift) and Nick played for a band called Barium (myspace.com/Barium). The band was given the working title “Metal Project†and in December 2005 work began between the two of them creating material and a band. Nick and Rusty sat in their apartment and wrote 8 complete songs on guitar before holding tryouts to fill the other positions in the band. Many were tried, many were bad…. In 2007 John (bass) and Jeremy (Drums) from After Berth joined and Ben (vocals) came soon after. Recording an E.P. began before vocals were written in an effort to deliver a show and release the E.P. in a timely manner. John started to lose interest in the project late November 2007. With none of the bass tracks completed on the new E.P. John was quickly relieved of his position. Mid January 2008 Jeff joined the band to take over where John fell short. After playing a handfull of shows Ben began to lose interest in the band in late 2008. The band and Ben made a mutual decision of a split, and still remain good friends today. In mid December of 2008 Nick 2 joined the band on vocals. A couple months of practicing and writing got us ready for recording. We then went into the studio and recorded a 4 song EP with the result being absolutely badass!!! We plan to hand out the EP for free and get as many people as possible to shows to have a BOOZE drinking BEER slamming heavy metal hell of a good time. In the end that’s all we can ask for. So watch for show dates, come get a free EP, drink with us and have a badass time!!!
