Just Left is a pop punk/rock band out of Chicago's Northwest Suburbs, the same area responsible for Fall Out Boy, The Academy Is.., Rise Against, and Spitalfield, among others. With the lineup set, the band continues to gain widespread popularity throughout the area with their warm sound, talented songwriting, and electrifying live performances. Over time the band has acquired an e-mailing list well over 2,000 members. In the Spring of 2005 the band independently released their debut EP "Driving You." The band has also toured nationally to help promote the album. In the Summer of 2005 as the band began working on what would become their first full length release. Released on March 24, 2006, Keep This In Mind showcases Just Left's refreshing new sound. Combining the worlds of indie, pop, rock, and alternative into one package, it's the bands most mature work to date. From the upbeat energy of "Hurry Up And Live", to the stick in your head melodies of "What I'm Trying To Say Is...", the album is a winner from start to finish. The album also includes fan favorite "Empty Spaces", and the piano-driven "Memmi", the bands most ambitious song to date. Shortly after the albums release the band has begun to gain an even stronger fanbase both locally and nationally.
