Rock climbing, running, anything physically active (works up a sweat). Texas hold 'em (I win more than I lose), screwing around on my guitar, and pretty much anything else that's a change of pace. I'm always up for trying something new.
Anybody and everybody. Diversity is the spice of life!!! As far as "known" people: Colin Powell, Jack Welch, Peter Lynch, basically anyone that started with nothing and then made something of themselves. If you know who Jack and Peter are, you get bonus points with me...and if you understand my tagline, even better.
In no particular order...Black Sabbath, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Metallica, Alice in Chains, G 'n' R, Nirvana, Bob Marley, Hendrix, Beatles, Doors, Green Day, STP, Velvet Revolver, AC/DC, Santana, The Verve, Kid Rock, Beastie Boys, Beck, Garbage, with a little Snoop, Dre, and Eminem. Some Miles Davis and Coltraine too.
In somewhat of a particular order...The Last Samurai, The Pursuit of Happyness, Fight Club, Good Will Hunting, The Matrix, The Godfather, Braveheart, Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs, Goodfellas, Apocalypse Now, Full Metal Jacket, A Clockwork Orange, Go!, Run Lola Run. And on the lighter side... Office Space, Old School, Wedding Crashers, Dazed and Confused, Bull Durham. Anything Bruce Willis is in...the guy just gets it.
Who cares? After 6 episodes, you know what's going to happen 5 min before it does.
That said... The Office, My Name is Earl, Sopranos, 24(first season), South Park, Apprentice(first season)...couldn't resist the power of the Donald's hair.
It's so wrong....yet so f***ing funny!!!
The Sports Guy (espn.com). Does that count? MMQB(cnnsi.com), The Four Noble Truths, The Art of Happiness, Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance, Man's Search for Meaning, The Pursuit of Happyness (just started it).
Tough to put someone on a pedestal, but would have to say Tom Brady....just because its good to see someone living the dream!!!!!(Tony Romo too)
