About Me

I'm 24. I like to tell people that mentally I'm somewhere between 35 and 40 which basically means that I like to rant about politics, do crossword puzzles, play with my cat, watch SVU and go to bed before midnight, unless I'm working. Or unless it's Tuesday, in which case you can usually find me at kareoke til 2. That's my "late" night out.

As far as my "interests" go....
I'm a singer/actress/pianist/writer/photographer/all around starving artist. I spent the past summer at Circle in the Square, during the course of which I learned WHY I am a bad actress and what I can do to fix that. So that's a work in progress. In order to pay my bills and afford myself the luxury of doing theatre in the area, I work at TGIFridays as a hostess. I also temp at a data management firm. It's super exciting and fun and I never ever for a second feel that I'm wasting my potential.
In general, I'm pretty boring. If I could sit around all day, drink coffee, and read, I probably would. I hate "going out" unless it's a place I've grown accustomed to, and I'm pretty anti-social until you prove yourself worthy of my socializing with you.
I'm strong willed, opinionated, passionate, and stubborn as all hell. I don't like to be proven wrong.
Most people have extreme reactions to me. I'm usually everybody's "favorite" person, or else I'm the girl they want to strangle. Along the same lines, I'm often referred to as "absolutely hilarious" or "soooo mean and tactless." Make of that what you will.
