About: Adrian -Winner in both the John Lennon Songwriting and Billboard World Song Contests, Adrian has been recognized as a prolific songwriter with a true sense of purpose behind every song. He was born in Moline, Illinois and raised in Venezuela, exposing him to the early sounds of Latin Pop and Rock that made up the era of the 80s and early 90s. Adrian began to express his passion for songwriting at the early age of 9. While performing his talents by playing the "cuatro" (a traditional four-stringed guitar from Venezuela) he eventually elevated his instrumental ability to guitar. Being raised by both Ecuadorian and Cuban parents, Adrian has a diverse background that has influenced his writing and enabled him to express ideas and experiences through his music. The honesty that fuels his lyrics enables him to connect with an audience and bring them closer to the story behind his songs. Adrian has also performed in numerous venues and events in and around Miami, including the Calle 8 Festival, never shying away from an opportunity to share his music and talent.
