Tattoos (like I haven't said that enough!), Body Modification (not plastic surgery), learning to play guitar, travel, pin-up girls of the 40s and 50s. I am ever in awe of drag queens and feel sorry for anyone who is homophobic.Little bit o psychobilly little bit o punk little bit o everything really
old friends, anyone who doesn't try to cyber, tattoo enthusiasts in my area, people from the islands. I dunno.
Famous people? Well I'm not much for celebs but I'd probably like to meet Bettie Page, Marilyn Manson, Emma Thompson, Rupert Everett, Sean Connery (cause he's such a hottie even though he's ancient), maybe Metallica or NOFX, and possibly Santana for a guitar lesson.

Punk,Industrial,Rock,Big Band era, New Age,everything 80s, and of course island music. Too many awesome bands to list.
I like most Indie and Foreign films,Comedy, and movies set in the 40s and 50s. Too many to mention but my current fixation and recommendation if you haven't seen it is Last of the Blonde Bombshells.
Don't watch much tv except for The L Word, Dexter, Big Love, and the Discovery channel when they don't have sucky reality type shows. LOVE Anthony Bourdain's No Reservations and Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern although he can be a bit annoying. Really wish they'd bring back Dead Like Me.
Biographical books usually catch my eye. Last book I finished and enjoyed was Kate Remembered, about Katherine Hepburn. Also love Marilyn Manson's Long Hard Road out of Hell. I especially loved the photography.
I guess I'm more of an Encyclopedia type of person.

How do you define a hero? I could never say I had a hero but I admire the women of the 40s and 50s, my grandmother for all that she has overcome in her lifetime including being shot in the head, and all islanders because we can live through anything.
