My name is Voitto Vasko but all my friends call me Vote. I've been into punk rock since december 1976 when I first time heard Ramones,Damned and Sex Pistols. After the 1st explosion of punk rock I didn't want to go with "new wave", I wanted harder and faster, more aggressive sound of punk rock and luckily other people/bands wanted too. I almost gave up with punk in 1979 but then I heard the U.K.Subs and they saved my life and then in 1980 I heard Discharge.. the rest is history. Fuck rock, fuck Beatles, fuck Rolling Stones and other rock... punk rock is everything that means something to me. I am not here for nice music.
