My favorite place in the world is the Eel river at Richardson's Grove State Park. Laying out on the bank getting some sun, munchin on some pringles, playing card games: gin or crazy eights, listening to Steelydan, throwing the fooball and floating on a raft. There is no place i'd rather be. Camping at the Redwoods, Shasta Lake or Whiskeytown Lake. Getting dragged behind a boat with my favorite partner Brandy. Getting together with Brandy, Russ and kids for a Barbeque. Buying stuff on ebay. Who else is addicted to ebay? Netflix Rocks.(thanks Bethany) Talking to my sister Kell on the phone. Jewlery making, sewing, baking, bowling, playing with my sons, watching my husband pitch on his softball team, going to the movies, and spending time with family. My favorite author is Nicholas Sparks.
I'm going to start reading the Harry Potter books. (thankyou julie and danny)My son and I love the movies and I think he'll like it if I read them aloud to him. Slim or I read a book to Jack when he goes to bed. Sometimes he wants Slim to read to him and on the other nights I read to him. Some books I've read that I liked are: the notebook, the wedding, gone with the wind, jurrasic park, lost world, congo, the funhouse, lonesome dove, the magic of ordinary days. I just finished reading the painted veil. It was a good book, but it didn't have a happy ending. I liked the movie better. That's why I prefer Nicholas Sparks. His endings usually end happy, with everything working out. I'm currently reading Sense and Sensibility by Jane Austen. I love Jane Austen. and i'm also reading Mr. Darcy's Diary by Amanda Grange. I checked it out from the library. I started going there and I love it. I never thought I would ever say that. It's funny how I can change from reading a book once a year to a couple a month. Jack also likes going there and checking out books and playing games on the computer. I am a hopeless romantic. I love books with stories of love and no one does it better than Jane Austen. I recently bought the complete novels of Jane Austen, so I'm going to go through the book and read all of them.
