well i'm pretty laid back, preferring a dive over a club just about any day of the week. i do like to drink and smoke, on occasion - everything in moderation. love the outdoors. i workout 3-5 times a week. play a few instruments.

i've been losing weight this year. since mid- april i've lost 85 pounds. i've gone from 270 to 185-190. from 28% body fat to 9%. still have some work to do, but the harder part is through. gonna start...
