Lived most of my Life out in Sunny Arizona building an underground construction company acting as vise president as well as the Field Superintendent. Now grasping on to the excitement out in New York, Im attending The Culinary Institue of America in hopes of learning the art of cooking and restraut management from some of the top Chefs In the world. Im 30 years old and have an Associate degree from Scotsdale Culinary Institute and going after one more plus a Bacholers in buisness and Restaurant management From CIA in NewYork.
