We started the GWC as a joke. Lyrics written on bingo tickets in the pub. Back home and recorded the vocals. Music mixed next day. CDs given to friends the next night. And after that...the friends kids passed it to their mates, their mates passed it on... Soon bunches of Liverpool teenagers were rapping our lyrics back at us, word for word.Then after repeated requests we recorded another track and did a few remixes. All very strange.And this was before any other 'rap' group with similar initials to the GWC were around....
