we are offical songwriters/owners of the company. Lady B writes R&B, Pop, Soul and Hip Hop tracks. she write for both males and females so there's no discrimination. Some of her lyrics can be heard on G-Stars up and coming album "Access Granted". We have a lot of people that we are lined up to work with as well so you gotta get at us.
we have pre-written songs that are available to be sold. They may be purchased with or without the beat and vice-vera. Another alternative would be to request a customized song. The prices range so we would have to discuss this matter personally. The average price for a custom song would be around $800 but a lot of other factors must be taken into account. For instance, was the beat provided or would Versa-Style provide the beat.
Another thing I would like to address is Studio Time. We have a studio up and running now. FINALLY! So if you are interested in having something recorded, the price is $25 an hour. We are located in the Inkster area. For those who don't know where that is, we are surrounded by Westland, Dearborn, Dearborn Hts and Garden City.

Versa-Style Productions
Licensing Rights ($50):
This allows you to use a beat/track from me for one non-profitable purpose either a (website, radio play, live show, demo-tape, TV, etc.) As the producer I still own the full rights to the beat/track and have full control over it. If you buy with this option, the beat/track will not be taken off the availabilty list and more artist can continue to buy this track with any of the three purchasing rights.
Leasing Rights ($250):
If you purchase with this option it entitles you to use it for one commercial purpose (album, mixtape, ect.) If you buy with this option, the track will continue to be available for all three rights to purchase by anyone.
Exclusive Rights $300-$1,500
Custom Beats $1100: or at the choosing of beat maker
Purchasing with this option it entitles you to use it for any and all commercial purpose, you will own full rights to the track. If you buy with this option, the track will no longer be available for either a lease, license or exclusive purchase by anyone there after and will be removed from the site.To Produce A Whole Album (12 Tracks) $4,000:or at the choosing of beat makers
We will produce your whole album. All beats made will go towards your album and you will own their full rights.
