Inspired by greats such as Dr. Dre and Mannie Fresh, DJ Kemist more so over rapping wanted to be the main person behind the boards, so he began learning how to produce. “I just wanted to be behind the scenes makin’ all the hot tracks like Dr. Dre and Mannie Fresh back in the day†Kemist proudly reminisces. Kemist is one of few producers down south today that does not strive off using the 808 to make his production stand out. He is the man behind Untamed Gittz most known track to date “Florida†as well as doing production for Body Head Ent. artist Bone Face. Kemist also adds his verses to the group’s music and has a very witty flow with descriptive lyrics that provide the listener with plenty of entertainment.
