I am here for Dating, Serious Relationships, Friends and Networking

About Me

Chris Trusty... debonair extraordinaire. I'm pretty much as happy as I could ever hope to be, so don't fuck that up, sorry. I'm always looking for new friends, and also to improve those friendships that I already possess. So let's work on that together, huh? I'm shy at first, but if you're anything worth mentioning, that will be overcame rather quickly.Worth mentioning, I find, is the fact that I've lived all over the continental United States. Literally, the extent of places I lives spreads all the way from Florida to North Dakota; Iowa, Colorado. So many places, and so few memories. One would assume I've lived quite the life, but such is not the truth. Apparently there's a whole lot left in life to discover, and I'm just opening my eyes to witness it all.I consider myself a pretty funny guy, and in a sense, pride myself on this. It only really comes off to the average person when I'm in a comfortable setting, or sense of mind. Otherwise, I'm going to keep to myself and exclude everyone from my train of thought. Maybe, if you want cheering up, or a laugh, you could come to me? I'm always in the mood to joke, unless the situation at hand absolutely calls for the most serious of tones. In which case; there's a chance that is occurring on my end of things. Everyone could use a little help, here and there.Which reminds me, I really like to hear what anyone and everyone has to say. You have a quirky little tale to tell me, go right ahead. Want to share your entire life story? Feel free to indulge both yourself and I. IN response, I'll do whatever I see fit; give advice, nod my head in accordance, laugh, or merely take it for what it is. Nothing too complicated, but never underwhelmingly basic.
I suppose that, with due time, I can open up and share such things with anyone, as well. Plenty of things have happened in my personal life, each event lending itself to affect me in one way or another; merely brushing against me and barely altering me. Or a revolutionary, deep, profound way of thinking previously unknown to me. Epiphanies are what I like most. In current times, they're happening at a mile a minute. Perhaps you've contributed if you're here, hmm?
oh, and by the way?

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

The one who will love me, no matter what. I am a shallow man, with no personality or positive traits. I may, at times, deny such a fact; but one can only obscure the simplicity of the matter for so long before the truth becomes evident. It hurts, more than anything, but it must be faced sooner or later. Some would choose later; I choose sooner, so I can get this misery out of the way before life gets ahead of me.
Keep in mind though, that people can change. Innermost beliefs I hold true, suggest that true love can change such a fact. At the risk of sounding conceited, I will share this; I can name on one hand along, the amount of times the deepest echelons of my psyche have been incorrect. So I aspire to come across this person, eventually.
Some divine intervention, by some great unseen power that I cannot comprehend or begin to understand has so graciously blessed me; it all began back in October, and as fate would have it, there couldn't have been a better time for it. Since then, much has changed. Since then, many of you have noticed. Since then, I've become so happy. Since then, life has gotten better. And since then, I've known true love. I found her, and she found me. Not a day passes now, where I count my blessings, and look at her beautiful smile and gorgeous eyes, and consider just how truly fortunate I am to have so spectacular a person in my life.
My search is over.
People I'd like to meet? Devin Townsend (of Strapping Young Lad, Ocean Machine, Punky Brewster, etc), Varg Vikernes (of Burzum, Mayhem) Cornelius and Lazare (of Solefald, G.U.T., Sturmgeist, etc), John Haughm and Don Anderson (of Agalloch, Sculptured, Nothing, Especially Unlikely Sloth, etc), both Tim Heidecker and Eric Wareheim (of Tom Goes to the Mayor, and Tim & Eric Awesome Show Great Job), Hideo Kojima (responsible for Metal Gear and Snatcher franchises), Suda51 (responsible for Killer7 and No More Heroes), Ronan Harris (Of VNV Nation), Shigeru Miyamoto (responsible for Mario, Zelda, Donkey Kong), Jim Gaffigan (personal favorite living comedian), James St. James and Michael Alig (the original party kids).
Quotes
"What I have shown you is reality. What you remember... that is the illusion." - Sephiroth
"Who ever said that one was born just once? The circle of the return to birth can only remain open, but this is a chance, a sign of life, and a wound." - Jacques Derrida
"May the Lord smile... and the devil have mercy. " - Garcian Smith
"O body swayed to music, O brightening glance, How can we tell the dancer from the dance?" - William Butler Yeats
"Isn't it beautiful? It's almost tragic. When life ends, it gives off a final lingering aroma. Light is but a farewell gift from the darkness to those on their way to die." - The Boss
"I want to stand as close to the edge as I can without going over. Out on the edge you see all the kinds of things you can't see from the center." - Kurt Vonnegut
"To think that once I could not see beyond the veil of our reality, to see those who dwell behind. My life now has purpose, for I have learned the frailty of flesh and bone; I was once a fool." - Pious Augustus
"You just couldn't let me go could you? This is what happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object. You truly are incorruptible aren't you? You won't kill me out of some misplaced sense of self-righteousness, and I won't kill you, because you're just too much fun. I think you and I are destined to do this forever." - The Joker
"This is not my story, nor even the story of the Roivas family. It is the story of humanity. Like it or not, believe it or not as you will. Your perceptions will not change reality, but simply color it. Humanity has been on the edge of extinction for two millenia. Ignorant of so much, and dependent on so few." - Edward Roivas
"Time passes, people move. Like a river's flow, it never ends. A childish mind will turn to noble ambition. Young love will become deep affection. The clear water's surface reflects growth." - Sheik
"In the consciousness of the truth he has perceived, man now sees everywhere only the awfulness or the absurdity of existence and loathing seizes him. " - Friedrich Nietzsche
"The body politic, as well as the human body, begins to die as soon as it is born, and carries itself the causes of its destruction. " - Jean Jacques Rousseau
"The shortest and surest way to live with honour in the world, is to be in reality what we would appear to be; and if we observe, we shall find, that all human virtues increase and strengthen themselves by the practice of them." - Socrates
"The Universe is a yawning chasm, filled with emptiness and the puerile meanderings of sentience." - Ulyaoth
"So we beat on, boats against the current, borne back ceaselessly into the past." - F.Scott Fitzgerald
"All you vagrant souls of profane disbeliefs, false prophets and deceivers shall swing from the trees. Soon the dawn shall arise for all the oppressed to arm; a chariot of thunder shall be seen, and bronze horns shall sound the alarm." - Ace Thomas Forsberg
