Teaching of course is a pretty big interest of mine, I'm always looking for new things I could do in my classroom. I love kids. They seriously are the funniest people on earth.Other interests include dancing, reading, shopping, and Ricardo (he's definitely got me interested!).

Have you ever seen those Time Life infomercials for like a specific decade of music recently digitally enhanced and on 5 great CDs? Yeah, Ive gotta be one of the only humans on this earth that will waste on hour of their life watching that. I would gladly take anyone of those from the 50s-90s. Seriously. I love the oldies, but as noted on my profile I dig ghetto dancing music and I can totally jam to old school country. I'll listen to anything.
Movies:
Just to name a few....Breakfast Club, Pretty Woman, Cutting Edge, Beaches, Steel Magnolias, Father of the Bride, Runaway Bride, Varsity Blues, Armageddon, Tarzan, 13 going on 30, The Notebook, Finding Nemo, Knotting Hill...despite the number of times I've seen each of these, they still make me laugh and cry.
Television:
Desparate Housewives, How I met your mother, House, 24. I used to be so against reality TV. I just couldn't stand it, but now since there really isn't too many other choices, I have caved. I am an American Idol watcher but I don't vote. I do like the dancing ones. And most recently Ricardo and I have discovered Treasure Hunters. There's this one family from Texas and they crack us up. They will randomly yell out "Texas" and it's hiliarious. During one of there tasks they got hungry and went through a drive-thru to get a burger and they still managed to not be the team eliminated. Cracks me up just thinking about it.
Books:
Any Nicholas Sparks novel. I've read a couple of Dan Brown books. I like Nora Roberts but not like the trashy romance ones. I like suggestions. None of the books I read are like life changing or anything like that. But if a book makes you think, I'll be interested in reading it. One day I want to start reading all the books on the best sellers list.
Heroes:
My Mom. I have so many friends that just amaze me. They may not know it but they are my heroes. Some have gone through pretty rough times and their strength and courage just baffles me. Dispite all the bad, they carry on and find good and continue with their lives and strive for happiness. It's awesome.
