"Dr." Bill

I am NOT a doctor, nor do I play one on TV. However, the advice is free!

About Me

B-Day: April 4 Eyes: Brown Siblings/Family: Four(4)- 1 half-sister, 2 stepsisters, and 1 brother (fraternal twin). ... An uncle to three (3) nieces, two(2) nephews, one (1) grandniece, and two (2) grandnephews.Born in Mt. Holly, NJ. Grew up in Vincentown/Southampton, NJ for 24.5 years. Lived in my current hometown since 2001. As far as family heritage goes, I can be considered a "Heinz 57". I do have a bit of the following off the top of my head: English, Irish, German, American Indian. Like most Americans, a lot of the roots go back to Western Europe. Even though I am an easy-going individual, I would describe myself as a shy, humble, South Jersey boy. Once I get to know you, I won't be so tacit. Yes, I can be very sarcastic (Aries trait), but it is all good, clean fun. If you have a good sense of humor and funny yourself, then we'll get along just fine. Since I do work two jobs, it seems that I am not home that much, making my life running in perpetual motion. (Catch me if you can!)

My Interests

Reading, writing, music, bowling, spending time with family, NASCAR, baseball, dogs (love them!), talk radio (almost always have either 1210 or NJ101.5 playing), Jersey Shore (Seaside the family favorite), internet radio (HyLitRadio.com is one of my faves), politics (I am an elephant, if anyone cares.) How could I forget professional wrestling. (Duh?)

I'd like to meet:

I like catching up with old faces, and enjoy meeting new faces. All of us are unique, and bring something different to the plate. I do my best to give everyomne a fair shake.Honesty is key! A sense of humor makes the day go by much faster. If you consider yourself silly and/or quirky, then we should get along just fine. At this time, I am NOT looking for anything serious. Life is short. Have fun first, and who knows where things will go.

Music:

I practically listen to all types of music. I grew up on the Oldies and old school Country, but I am getting more acquainted to the 70's music. I have listed some of my favorites below.Pop/Rock/: Elvis Presley, Bruce Springsteen, John Mellencamp, Bon Jovi, Def Leppard, Hall & Oates.Country: Garth Brooks, Johnny Cash, Conway Twitty, Marty Robbins, Kenny Rogers, George Jones, Eddie Rabbitt, George Strait, Alabama, Oak Ridge Boys.R&B: Too many to list. Love the Motown sound, as well as the "Sound of Philly" artists.Easy Listening/AC: Frank Sinatra, Neil Diamond, Barry Manilow, Tom Jones

Movies:

I am not what you call a "movie buff". I prefer watching a comedy, but I am open to all types of movies.

Television:

"CSI" (original), "Bones", "House", "Desperate Housewives", "Law & Order: SVU", wrestling, and of course, NASCAR! I also enjoy watching standup comedies. I have the first two "Blue Collar Comedy Tours" on DVD, as well as a George Carlin one. Don't we always need a good laugh?

Books:

No particular favorites. I usually read either biographies or current events-related material. I am practically open to anything.

Heroes:

My father, Bill, Sr. (12/8/1944-10/26/2007). He served his country in a time of turmoil (Vietnam), and he is one of the folks I inherited my work ethic from. Dad, words can't describe how much you are missed.
