About me??? Hmmmm.... 'Typical' would best describe me I'd think. I'm a Mom and Step-Mom to six grown beautiful children, all unique and creating wonderful lives of their own. My husband ( and best friend ) Vance & I are so blessed to be a part of their lives, getting to experience some of their happiness and our own along the way. Having grandchildren is more fun than we had ever imagined too and we get so excited seeing the family grow. Though our family is scattered all over, we all still stay as close as possible, sharing as much as we can. For myself, I work hard to stay positive, do good things and be good to those around me. I work towards success and meditate to stay focused and calm in a sometimes crazy, negative world. I enjoy collecting natural gemstones, making chakra ( or other 'feel good' sensation ) jewelry,meditating, watching & creating inspirational videos and I really love photography, but I'm no professional at any of these. I love to play around with graphics and create fun stuff. Flower gardening,some decorating,cooking, big family gatherings, nature hikes in search of waterfalls, playing on the computer and working with children or the developmentally disabled are my interests. I also love most all arts & crafts. My husband Vance & I love to travel ( tho this is rare these days) and we love to ride our motorcycle. Currently we are testing new business ventures searching for the change that will eventually provide some financial freedom and give us more time with family. This is going pretty well thus far! Not long ago I started researching 'The Secret' and many other positive inspirational movements. They all seem to work well for me and lifted me up when things were seeming pretty 'YUK' in my life. I'm now grateful for all that I have and all of my new friends as well as my new attitude towards life. I was more than ready for a change. I enjoy 'Myspace'. It allows us to keep up with family, share pictures and make so many wonderful new friends. Signing in always leaves me with something positive, even if it's just a sweet 'hello' from new or returning friends.
