Hey,
I'm Jeff. Thanks for stopping by. That music you hear is a cover of "Where the Streets Have no Name" by U2. It was recorded by the Mike McMann Band with Mike McMann on the Guitars, Mike Palma on the Bass and myself on drums and vocals. The cover of Late In The Evening, by Paul Simon, was also recorded by the Mike McMann Band, only with Mike McMann on vocals.
The Radiohead cover "Nice Dream" was recorded by myself and Chad, a close friend of mine, as an experiment with a recording studio he installed in his house. I played 5 or 6 guitar tracks, and the drums and sang it, and he played the bass and layed down 2 or 3 guitar tracks himself. Chad mainly mixed and pseudo-mastered the recording which ended up being around 32 to 34 tracks althogether. Yeah...we learned a lot.
The cover of "In Memory of Elizabeth Reed" originally by the Allman Brothers was recorded by the former Good Foot. Dave Spadaro and Will Stone are the guitar players, Mark Bertini-Colon is the Keysman, and Chad Mayette is the bass player. This recording was one of the first full band recordings performed at Chad's house.
There is a little background on what you are listening to. Let me know what you think.
