God and Spirituality are the main focus of my life, I am a Patient Relations Specialist. I have two other jobs, but my focus is always centered on God.
I'm not vengeful and I don't hold grudges or anger because life is too short, I don't make a conscious effort to release them, it is simply my souls choice to not focus or hold onto the negative. The hurts that most people hold onto are just tortures for the mind and soul. LET IT GO, You'll find in the end that the anger and hurt was very small after all.

Pretty much every kind of music. Rock especially oldies, classic rock and pop. jazz, classical, R&B, country, Swing/Big Band.

No Chick flicks for this lady! Well O.K. City of Angels...I like guy movies. Constantine, Oceans 11 & 12, all those Hot guys in the same movie! mmmm! Action, Adventure, Comedies and things that make me think, one of my favorites is What the Bleep Do we know.

Television:

Yuk! Maybe an occasional UK BB game. T.V. is worse than the internet, It sucks the life out of you! I feel sorry for the people that are watching T.V. or on the internet All day long. GET A LIFE! LOL
