I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

Job: I am a special education teacher at Lakewood High School. I'm about 75 percent of the way through my second year and overall it's been great. I also was an assistant volleyball coach and hopefully will be in charge in 2008-09. LHS Volleyball - Catch the Virus.Significant others: There's only one, and it's my wife and soulmate Corinne.Other stuff: Part of the generation of folks born in between 1976-86 that probably won't do better than our parents. It would be the first time in American History folks, c'mon let's pay attention. As I've gotten older I've discovered that I have a talent for making people laugh. Not stand-up or anything, but you can usually catch me being a the jackass in the middle of a cackling group of people.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Here is a list of people that I would want to meet. Some to kill, some to pick their brains, and others I admire. My list is a brain-fart though. Barack Obama, The Presidents Bush. Bill Clinton. Bruce Springsteen. Bob Marley, Rage Against the Machine. Eminem. Ray Charles. Charles Barkley. Michael Jordan. Don Mattingly. Derek Jeter. Hugh Hefner. Muhammad Ali, Mike Judge. Jay-Z, Biggie and Pac. Al Pacino, James Gandolfini, Rudy Guiliani, Bill Gates, Paul Tagliabue, LeBron James, Jim Brown, Tom Hanks, Metallica, Led Zeppelin, Jim Norton, Opie and Anthony, Stern, Lance Armstrong. Most of all, my Pops. That would definitely be the most interesting conversation. He might be the only one I'd admire, want to kill, and pick his brain all simultaneously. All the others fall neatly into one of the three categories.

Ok, so here it goes. I watched the Sopranos series finale with my wife and two sisters-in-law on Sunday night.  And I just wanted to say F*** David Chase.  Chase, who created the Sopranos, h...

A Pulp Fiction Moment...Except there was no unsequenced script style of filmaking.

Ever see Pulp Fiction??? The masterpiece, directed by Tarantino, starts off with two fashionably challenged hitmen Vincent Vega (a greasy mullet sporting John Travolta) and Jules Whitfield (a "Soul-Gl...
