About Me

I'm a Captain in the US Army and currently the Commander of HHC/4-64 Armor in Baghdad. I'm a few months away from being promoted to Major and the pain that will come with that promotion. I'm scheduled to redeploy to the states in December. Hopefully in time to enjoy Christmas with my family.
I prefer spending my time away from work with my family. I'd rather play with toys and go to the playground than any other endeavor. When the kids are asleep, I prefer to sit with Kelly, although we often get caught up cleaning and doing chores while the kids nap.
I'm a musician at heart and miss playing in front of a crowd, but those days are long behind me. Now I spend my nights in study after the boys and Kelly go to bed. One more semester until my grad school work is complete. Some day I'll probably go for a doctorate and suffer through many nights of additional study that will no doubt drive Kelly and I both insane.
