Insanity Dawn is a brazilian band, formed in 2005 by guitarist Luiz Araújo. Through out the years, the band have been changing until it’s current formation with Daniel Wagner, Filipe Nino, Victor Cubano, Felipe Facó and Luiz Araujo.
The band has released the demo EP ’’Scenes’’ (2007), which contains 3 three songs (‘‘Unknown Mind'', ''Angels from Hell'' and ''Scenes'') and a bonus track (Angels from Hell Gultural).
Insanity Dawn is currently making shows and promoting the EP "When the Storm Returns" (2009) and also preparing the first full-lenght album that will be released soon.
Musically, the band offers a set of great songs, full of progressive influences, creative moments and technical precision. Although it is hard to classify the bands genre, once the songs are really unusual.
There’s a theme that goes through Insanity Dawn itself. The lyrics are based in the search of understanding of what happens in each one’s mind. A lot times, a cry of one who tries to understand his own mind and create mechanisms for the understanding of life and existence.
The lyrics are also inspired in sociology, philosophy and psychology books and in situations where someone has some problem in his mind. Actually, the inspiration comes from everyone, since human mind is incredibly complex.
Undoubtly, who pays attention to the lyrics, will feel like something there sound familiar to his own life experience...
