My Interests

multifarious things including: wearing power suits, scrubs, and other sharp attire in general... people who make me smile...better yet, make me laugh in bouts... and who keep me on my toes intellectually with stimulating convo or shenanigans ...music...dance...diversity... ellipses (these things--...)...progress and positive change... learning...hip hop...hip hop abs...strolling (yes, i really mean walking)... strolling by the water (with the one i love *BONUS*)...nature (except for the whole bug thing, though i appreciate their purpose)...service and uplift in my community... being an enabler (of positivity, of course)...being a mirror or resident co-signer on hilarity... incorrect grammar and word usage when i know more better (purposefully)... self improvement so that i can better serve those around me...using the world as my classroom...doing common things uncommonly... pursuing my purpose spiritually, emotionally, physically, and mentally... keeping things classy...keeping my home training in practice...but, occasional, um, okay, regular tomfoolery b/c it "keeps my teeth white!"etcetera, etcetera...oh, and of course this... behind every strong man, is an even stronger woman!

I'd like to meet:

positive folks...and maybe these folks too, if i had the chance...this will probably change periodically...but, i'd have a sit down if i could...

Music:

eclectic...i'm down for sound...if i can sing to it, great...if i can dance to it even better...BRAND NEW VIDEO!!! (posted 4/23/08...the legendary Roots Crew..."PUSH UP YA LIGHTA" (c'mon Roots fans, you know this one...) for a new ROOTS ALBUM...wooohoooo!!! expect a new one each month! keeps me entertained...lol)

Movies:

i really have no bias as long as it's well made with a good storyline and/or gives me a few giggles...

Television:

comedy is my number one when i get the chance...but i'll watch other stuff of quality...just as long as there isn't too much shuckin' and jivin'...or my new favorite saying "no shufflin' or flippin' flapjacks..."

Books:

the Bible, first and foremost... nothing but truths that transcend time and situation...and when i get the chance for leisure, anything... mainly "things that make you go hmmmmm..." like Assata, The Alchemist, Your Best Life Now, and Let Me Listen to Your Heart...

Heroes:

Jesus and my family...HE has died for me and the other would die for me...
