He moved to Camden, North London in July of this year and immediately started writing songs inspired by his journey, his environment and his variety of influences cherry picked from every decade of the last fifty years. I met him by chance in Camden's The Hawley Arms where he recommended I listen to his myspace site. That night I listened and called him first thing the next day. He was asleep but called me back on waking around lunchtime and wasted no time in telling me what he was doing, why he was doing it and where he was going.
