On November 18, 2006, a glorious even occured. These 16 brave and ruthless warriors waited outside of a local wal-mart for hours on end. They waited and waited for the greatest game console ever bestowed upon this earth: The Nintendo Wii. Some stayed for more than a day, with only a few hours of sleep in the bitter cold on jagged cement. Although they lived off of nothing but candy and rockstars, their iron stomachs proved how stong they are. These beasts, these fighters, were all a part of "The Wii Wait." I, John Burke, am also a Wii Waiter, and I will never forget that fateful time of my life with these ruthless individuals. The reward of it all was the best thing a man can receive. These barbarians are what we call REAL men.
