A secret lab owned by Crey Industries specialized in the genetic splicing of animal and human DNA in order to create a slave race. Before the lab's destruction in 2003 a single specimen was created that lived past the first stages of their program. That specimen is young Tinky.Known in the hero community as “Rat Finkâ€; Tinky must learn to live in a world that wasn’t made for him. The sun and the fresh air hurt poor Tinky, consequently, he must ware a mask at all times.He’s also a wicked ninja!*Rat Fink can only communicate in a series of ticks and chitters.
