I don't know whether I should be some sort of health nut who runs, swims and goes to the gym regularly, minding my diet with foods that are mindful of the environment, constantly making sure to stay informed with all that is relevant/pertaining to and around my fields of interest, being passionate about politics, being a member of the community, attempting to make everyday count towards something, or Charles Bukowski. The devil on my shoulder is he, and his argument is persuasive. More often then not I can resist the charm in the life that he lays out, but occasionally temptation barrels through my meagre defense and has me longing to wake up in the park, alone, cold and confused not knowing how or why, what or when but that somehow I should get back to a bed where I can wake up remembering why it is I should be some sort of health nut who runs, swims and goes to the gym regularly...
